Bedchill is made-to-order in our warehouse in FRANCE. Your Bedchill is manufactured within 5 or 10 workdays depending on your delivery option choice.
Once your Bedchill is made, it will be immediately shipped.
Then delivery time depends on your delivery choice and location. Your shipping delay is indicated at checkout.
You will receive an email including your tracking number when your order is shipped.

Bedchill offers delivery worldwide. Shipping is free to USA, France and most EU countries. For other destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout, before payment.
If the country you would like your Bedchill to be shipped to is not listed in the delivery options, please contact us so we can offer you a custom delivery solution.

For shipping, Bedchill legs are disassembled and placed under the table top. The Bedchill is protected by a foam sheet and placed in a strong carton box for shipment.

Our delivery partners are Fedex and UPS.

You will receive an email including your tracking number when your order is shipped.

The Bedchill is made out of plywood. These wooden panels are both light and rigid. Those are essential properties to ensure a great strenght.
The plywood is then treated and painted with high-resistance paint.

We take insurance for each packet we ship.
If your Bedchill arrives with damages, please take picture and keep all the carton boxes and protections. Then, please send us the pictures within 48 hours after the package is delivered. ⚠ All damage claims must be sent to us within 48 hours after you receive the package or the insurance would not apply. The claim should be sent to support@bedchill.com. All of the carton boxes and shipping protections should be kept.

Duty and / or taxes may be due. The importer (the customer) is responsible for paying those taxes. Please feel free to check shipping duty and taxes amount in your country / state, for a piece of furniture coming from France.

This website accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple pay.

Products are covered under 2 years warranty from time of purchase.
Once warranty period is over, any part can be supplied by us and replaced.
Warranty product will be null and void if: 
- The product is damaged physically 
- The product is not used and maintained as our guidelines, if the product is modified.
